Overheard in passing

Conversation overheard at the calling hours for my father-in-law earlier this evening:

"We were supposed to go to Hershey Park on our honeymoon. But we were so sick with vomiting and diarrhea that we just took one sniff of that chocolate and passed right through."

I am torn between shaking my head over WHY someone would be having a conversation like this at a wake...and laughing my butt off at it.
